For the past 28 years, I have been dedicated to the noble profession of teaching. Throughout my journey, I have had the privilege of instructing both second-grade and Kindergarten students, bringing knowledge and joy to young minds. Additionally, I have served as a Reading Interventionist and Math Coach, further enriching my teaching experience. My academic pursuits led me to obtain my Bachelor's and Master's Degrees from the esteemed University of Alabama, and later, my Educational Specialist Degree from the University of West Alabama.

In 2008, I achieved the prestigious recognition of becoming a National Board Certified Teacher, a milestone that reflects my unwavering commitment to excellence in education. My passion for helping students grow and learn continues to be the driving force behind my teaching endeavors.

Beyond the classroom, I find joy in the culinary arts, indulging in my love for cooking during my free time. However, my greatest pleasure comes from spending quality moments with my loving husband.

I'm eager to embark on another fulfilling school year, igniting the spark of curiosity and knowledge in each of my students' hearts. Together, we will create a nurturing and inspiring learning environment where growth knows no bounds. Here's to an incredible year ahead!
