Hi, I'm Michelle Kaiser and I'm excited to be starting my seventh year as a 5th grade teacher at CF Hard Elementary!! It is my desire to be a positive influence for my students, their families, and the teachers at Hard Elementary as we work together to ensure the academic success of every student. 

I grew up in Birmingham, attended Alabama School of Fine Arts and graduated from John Carroll High School. After high school I attended Auburn University where I graduated with a Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education and Elementary Education. I soon moved to Atlanta where my teaching experience included PreK, Kindergarten and 5th grade in a couple of amazing school districts. After 16 years I moved back to Alabama and taught Kindergarten, 1st grade and 6th grade in Hoover. 

My favorite thing to do is spend time with my 3 children. My oldest son is an attorney in Georgia, my daughter is a 3rd grade teacher at Greenwood Elementary, and my youngest son is a welder in Birmingham. My own children are very diverse in their learning styles and educational needs, so I love the opportunity to work with children from diverse needs and backgrounds to help them grow in their academic abilities.
